why did nabisco stop making ideal cookies?

I have never tried them. My kids love peanut butter and chocolate, I know they would devour these! I still have dreams about these cookiesonce came home for lunch from school and mom had gone to a meeting. Ideal coolies will never be forgotten by those who were fortunate enough to have experience a different kind of taste of cookie. We agree 100% that the Ideal cookie should be put back on the market, We loved this cookie growing up in the 60 's & 70's . I know they discontinued them years ago but I rfuse to give up hope.
